Enhanced TSH 4.67
I am three months pregnant and my reports of T3, T4 and TSH shows that my TSH is 4.67 but range should be 0.27-4.20. I am taking "Thyroxine Sodium Tablets I.P. Thyronorm* 25 mg" as suggested by the gynecologist. What should I do now. How it will affect growth of my baby.

The recommended level of TSH in pregnancy is 3.5. So u need to step up ur thyroxine to 37.5 and reoeat TSH after 1month. It ll not effect u baby since u hv already been on medication. Dont worry n relax
