Endoterium culture test. About this!

I was pregnant 2 month ago, by using medicine I tried to abort but only two to three tissues came out of my vagina that time and the abortion was unsuccessful I was suffering with stomach pain since this period, 15 days before I was admitted in the hospital just due to stomach pain and doctors ask me for the xray and ultrasound, Hindi X Ray report nothing came but yesterday morning I had ultrasound and the reports came that my endometrium echo complex is thickened and a fluid is also seen in uterine cavity Yesterday evening I had a heavy bleeding and around 15 to 20 tissues came out of my vagina I was unable to stand due to lot of blood loss and unfortunately was admitted in the hospital, by injections the bleeding was controlled, but there is a heavy swelling in my uterus and tomorrow morning doctors ask me for a test or you can say culture I just want to know whether they will come to know about my abortion as I don't let anyone know about this
