Endometrosis bleeding
Hello Dr,I have endometrosis,pcod ,fibords from last ten years. every month I faced uncontrollable pain. From 2019 July month Dr prescribed me Dinogest tablet and my period stopped..but from last 6 month l found some spotting every month for a week...but this month I faced this problem last 15 days and for last 4 days it's flow like normal period with intolerable pain... please Dr suggest what should I do right now?

Its normal not to get periods or spotting in between while on dienogest .did the menses start after stopping dinogest ? In that case it's normal to get periods and pain during menses in a case of endometriosis is normal
