Hii..i m 21year old ummaried girl and since 1month i didnt got my periods i get my sonigraphy done ..overthere i got to know i have endometrium thickness of 10.9mm ..is it normal??do i need to worry..please help. thankyou

It is normal.Get done TSH and serum prolactin level also.If all reports normal contact to gynecologist and take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.
