My mother was diagnosed with rectal and colon ulcers 2 year back in 2019. On CT scan, incidentally endometrium hyperplasia was detected with endometrium measuring 10mm. She don't experience any postmenopausal bleeding and having no issues. I would need a suggestion whether followup is needed or not?
