Endometritis won't go away

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi.I had an abortion with misoprostol about three months ago. Since then I have had regular periods.about a few weeks after I started having problems.I started having pain in my pelvic region.It got worse during urination.had a urinalysis,the doctor said there was some RBC and epith cells,had UTI. second doctor did ultrasnd,said it was endometritis,UTI and cystitis,gave gentamycn inj,metrondzol,diclfnc,cotrmzole(vag).finished the treatment but the symptoms still there, plus fever. Plz help
