Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am 30 years old married from 3 years, 2 missed abortion. My laproscopy findings are uterus bulky, congested, bilateral tubes congested, ovaries bulky, POD congested, few adhesion between lateral wall and bowel. Retroverted uterus. Doctors confirm endometrial tuberculosis on the basis of PCR positive.. Suggestions
