Endometrial Polyp
We have tried for pregnancy for last 1 yr 05 month but not conceived. In last week my wife had undergone TAS+TVS, in which the following findings are observed... (1) Minimal/altered sonographic features of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) with a 24 x 9mm developing follicle  at right ovary. (2) Mildly heterogeneous 42 x 29 x 32mm=21cc element within left ovarian steoma  without vascular flow. (3) 11 x 3mm endometrial polyp of retroverted uterus (70 mm. x 33 mm. x 46 mm), without any detectable/differentiated focal lesion. (4) Increased myometrial vascular flow. Is there any abnormality in report which hinder conception? What should we do for conception.

Having a polyp and its location will effect implantation of the embryo. Pcos also means you will require follicular scans and timed intercourse. Meanwhile simultaneously checking for husbands semen analysis is important and basic hormonal testing for both of you is required.
