My abdomen ultrasound showed 14.6mm thickness of endometrium. This was right before my period started. Is this a sign of Endometriosis? I have been having a lot of back pain since 5 days.

Endometrial thickness varies throughout the cycle
Thickness of 14.5 mm just prior to menses is normal
Endometriosis is something which occurs in ovaries or other parts and has nothing to do with endometrial thickness.
If you mean to ask about adenomyosis - then it's not adenomyosis either
