Enamel is rugged and gums problem.
Though my calcium intake is adequate but since past 15 days my enamel is clipping off. I feel uncomfortable. I have problem of occasional bleeding of gums. The problem of bad breadth, which was never my problem earlier is cropping up. Please suggest a remedy. I use oral b cross action electric toothbrush with sensodyne paste.

As per the photo.. your feeling of 'enamel chipping off' of front teeth is because of wrongly aligned teeth.. you need orthodontic/braces treatment first to correct alignment of teeth.. once they get in correct position, treatment for chip off part can be done

Wrongly aligned of teeth and second may be yours chewing habit or brushing habit do u brush hard if yes than starting doing slowly and rotation wise

For bad breathe and gums problem use metrogyl dg gel apply thrice daily after fooding and if possible use tab lancet once daily for 15 days
