sensitivity is due to close proximity of caries to the pulp.. So kindly get the X-ray done first..

Hi patient. Chipping off enamel may be due to hard bite or any trauma and after chipping off enamel sensitivity is the main issue. You should consult a dentist and done with xray first after seeing xray he or she may conclude that it needs rct or normal filling.
