Hie.. chipping of enamel might be because of caries / some trauma .. sensitivity is due to close proximity of caries to the pulp.. So kindly get the X-ray done first..

This may be caused due to decay.Look for black discolouration for confirmation.Initial deep caries can cause sensitivity.

Hi patient. Chipping off enamel may be due to hard bite or any trauma and after chipping off enamel sensitivity is the main issue. You should consult a dentist and done with xray first after seeing xray he or she may conclude that it needs  rct or normal filling.
