If a person has BP - 90/60 mm hg, pulse - 140/min, oxygen saturation - 80% and having problem of breathlessness and excessive sweating so is it not the symptoms of heart attack/cardiac arrest and what should a doctor do first, should doctor not provide oxygen first so that the patient can feel better?
