Emergency contraceptive pills are available over the counter...the only thing being they have side effects like irregular cycles...chances of ectopic pregnancy... nausea...etc

I am sorry to say but as far as I know no emergency contraception pill is available in Chennai ..
however there are other methods by which you can prevent pregnancy

EC pills according to me are not advisable,suggest you wait until.ur periods dates and confirm by doing a upt urine pregnancy test .,in any case these pills are not termination pills and Induce periods only if you are not pregnant.
