Elevated sgpt and sgot values

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I have ringworm infection for few weeks. Dr has given me terbinafine 500 mg once a day for two weeks which i am taking for one week. Feeling uneasy and indigestion for few days i have done lft where sgpt and sgot are found to be 75 and 47. Is it alarming? Should i stop taking terbinafine? Is there serious liver pbm?
