Hello, It not higly raised. Change your  life pattern like walking, some exercise, pranayam,yoga. CHANGE your diet vegitarian bland diet with least oil n spices. It will reduce the level slowly. no need of medicine. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD ok.
