Elevated direct bilrubin
My bilrubin is elevated consistently for the past 3 months (total:1.3-1.4; conjugated: 0.7-0.9). other liver enzymes are normal. abdomen ultrasound normal except for mild hepatomegaly. recently started noticing foamy urine but 24 hour protein was normal. feels hot all the time but no fever in thermometer. I am worried if it is related to biliary obstruction? I learnt that pancreatic cancer is one of the leading cause of biliary obstruction

Your bilirubin levels are slightly increased which can happen with regular alcohol use or infection. Biliary obstruction will cause lot of symptoms. If you clinically dont have any symptoms dont worry with the reports. But you should be under follow up. Kindly do a urine routine test and consult a physician.
