Elevated Blood Pressure
Due to headache and tiredness checked blood pressure yesterday and found to be 160/100 and repeated today and the readings are 9 am 145/107 and 10 am 145 / 105 . ( all readings taken in clinic )
I am taking Cilacar T in morning since a month.
TSH is 6.59
Serum Uric Acid is 7.9
I am told to try Telma AM in place of Cilacar T for a week.
Seeking valuable suggestions. Having severe leg and joint pain.

No advantage of switching to Telma AM as its the same group combination. If your BP is not controlled on cilacar T then you need dose modification. Consult online directly for prescription

You can continue Cilacar T and monitor your BP three times a day for a week. No major advantage of switching over to Amlodipine in place of Cilnidipine. The Joint pain and myalgia needs evaluation with a physician/Rheumatologist.
