Ekg was a bit adnormal

Yesterday went to hospital with arm and chest pain had blood work and xray done everthing came back fine except my ekg was a bit adnormal fron the one i took last year should i be concencer about this i am only 28 dontdrink but do smoke cigs wat should i do should i be concenerd about this
