Ejaculation pain in pennis. Serious?

Since the past 3 weeks, while urinating or ejaculating it is painful, like something is stuck & I have to apply pressure a lot to Clear Urine or Spearm to come out, It's Flammable, painful feeling, Actually Last month I had first time unprotected intercourse with a new girl,(since after 5-6 years) There was a white discharge which I observed, still without cleaning we did 2 Rounds & while intercourse I was rubbing my penis hard into her vagina, & I observed next day my Pennis down skin was little bit tore & I started feeling itching just in the mid portion of penis (Not on the tip or anywhere else). Nowadays, urine colour is sometimes light orange or yellowish. do I need to worry,? anything serious? please Let me know. I am Married and have a 4.5 years daughter, & Wife is pregnant, I am avoiding intercourse with her, since that day. please Suggest.
