Ejaculation and penis size

Asked for Male, 23 Years

My confidence is low because my penis is small and I have consulted doctor he had charged 200000 from me and he did nothing I have a short frenulum and my testosterone level is also very high. And I ejaculate within 20 sec while having sex or sometimes when my partner touches me I ejaculate. I am very depressed and my partner is also very depressed because of that she is going to leave me for this. I want your help. suggest something for that my size is increased and my sensitivity is increased.
