Hi, My baby is will be one year old in 15 days. I am only giving egg yellow to her till now. Can I start giving whole egg to her now.

Ideally high protein diet should be delayed till 2 years as kidney is mature enough to take load of that protein. Half or one egg in a week is ok.  But try to give vegetables, fruits or high calories meal.
