Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, I was diagnosed with pcos and married for 3.5yrs. Now trying for pregnancy, so I was given clomiphene 50mg, this is the 2nd cycle of clomiphene. On 15th day of follicular scan dominant follicle was 19mm, so doctor gave me hcg 5000 injection. On 18th day scan, doctor told me the egg is ruptured and there is a free fluid in uterus. What does this mean and for how many days should i be in contact with my husband?
