Hi,
I am a 28 yo male. Whenever I do a repetitive action such as cycling, playing tabla, climbing stairs, my muscle quickly reach the saturation level and I am not able to perform these tasks further (only after some rest, I can). There is no pain in the muscles. Please advice me on this as I am suffering from last 2 years.
