Effect of OCP on the cycle
I have been taking femilion .15 mg for the past 3 months . However since my last cycle the spotting never stopped and today it's been more than 13 days that am spotting and it's increasing . Was advised pause tablet for 3 days but it didn't work and am having abdominal pain since 2 days now . And I feel that my periods have started in just 14 days . Please suggest of this is concerning and what should I do next? I still taking my OCP .

It means that you will need some other OCP  tablets in the next cycle other than Femilon. Also get your ultrasound scan done.
