Effect of ipill on my periods

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I took a I pill within 48 hours and my periods were supposed to start from this week but there's only slight bleeding or might be withdrawal bleeding. I want to ask whether I'll get my proper periods this month or is that it?

First do pregnancy test for confirmation by Bhcg.It is blood test and confirmatory also.if comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo online.
