I have unprotected sex with my wife, just after 1-2 hours of intercourse she has taken the i-pill. So I just want to know how effective are this pill, is now there is no risk of unwanted pregnancy or still any chances of getting pregnant.

Hello,
iPill is a strong contraceptive but it is not 100% effective. If she misses her period then do a urine pregnancy test to check if she is pregnant. If the result is positive then consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation and management.

Hello, there are still chances of her getting pregnant, she is at risk of ectopic also. Please consult doctor if she misses her period
