ED due to DM & Low T

Dear Doctor, I was diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus type II, 3 years back and since then i have been taking Metformin 1000 mg dialy or twice. My fasting sugar levels have been in the range of 115-125. The major problem since last 2-3 years has been a steep decline in my testosterone and corresponding interest in libido and sex with my spouse. Whenever i indulge, i face ED and with difficulty i complete the act and sometimes my organ is soft so i stop in between. This is causing distress in me and embarrassment that i cannot perform the basic function. I had got tested few months back and my free testosterone was around 212. Please assist me. Thank you.
