I have been on tadalafil and pari cr for around 4 months under proper guidance because when for the first time in life i tried to consumate my erection wasn't hard enough..this happened 2 times ..then i took medicine which benefitted me also but subsequently left due to headache and other issues and went for some ayurvedic treatment .
Now as of now current scenario from last 2-3 months i wasn't on any medication but situation remains same..and even if i got erection i ejaculate within 30 seconds. Also everytime now i do consumate with my partner the only question keep popping up is will i be able to do it or not..Looking for allopathic treatment and need guidance to deal with.

Greetings of the day
The problem you are suffering is premature ejaculation. So the predominantly due to psychological reasons. When you arent able to perform as you expected or before then we get nervous about it. So next time there are thoughts about the same which makes it difficult for us to focus on sex.
In your case taking only medicines you will see improvement, but if you keep doing that problem wont be solved. to cure it I want to rule out any deficiency. therapy so it would help you to practise those exercise and similar result can be observed post stopping medicines
