ED after covid

ED after covid

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I was tested positive on 3rd of may with symptoms from 1st may and was tested negative on 15th may . On 16th i had intercourse with my partner but the erection was not as good as before. Also the arousal was not like before. Is this because of ED after covid or just temporary side effects of medicines. I took 30 tablets of favipiravir 400mg , Medrol 8mg and 4mg for 4-5 days, and other normal medicine like Azithromycin, Doxy, Zincovit, limcee etc. Should i be worried about this or leave it for natural healing?
