You can try for natural conception.. to increase chances of conception you can go for timed intercourse after follicular monitoring.. IUI is cheaper and gives you better result.. Chances of twins is more with IVF.. natural conception has least possibility of twins.. IUI has results in between both..
Next Steps
IUI- cheap option with better results and increased chances of twins

Hello,
Since you have a history of ectopic pregnancy, there are chances of having an ectopic pregnancy again. You can try for natural conception for 6 months. If you are not able to conceive naturally, you can go for IVF. IUI takes 2-3 cycles to have a successful cycle. If you are anxious, you should go for IVF.

Dear Practo user,
Once ectopic pregnancy occurs, chances of repeat ectopic are there. However, you can go for natural conception. But, chances of twins are less. One has to be careful in evaluating pregnancy at the earliest, once conception occurs. There is no guarantee that pregnancy will occur at the first attempt when IUI or IVF is attempted. There is involvement of excess cost also, with these procedures.
