Can urine pregnancy test detect an ectopic pregnancy as well?? It's been 3 weeks I had unprotected sex but the urine pregnancy test came negative.

The Urine pregnancy test detects pregancy dear. But it can't locate/differentiate between ectopic/INTRAUTERINE pregancy. Urine pregancy test only tells that the pregnancy status not the site of pregnancy. Consult with your gynecologist for withdrawal bledding medication if upt is Negative
