Ectopic and miss beat
Hello dr, I am 37 years old, height is 5 feet 10 inches, blood pressure is 120/80, problem of sudden heart beat missing since 2019. It started happening, I immediately met the cardiologist and got my tmt echo and lft kft checked, everything was normal but this problem did not get cured, rather it started happening more and started increasing. I am currently taking etizloa beta 0.25 since last one year. Just last night I was praying and suddenly my heart beat started missing. When I checked my blood pressure was 140/80, which within a short time 125/80 without medicine. There was tightness in the chest and strange feeling. I had done echo and ECG just 4 days ago and it was also normal. How am I okay? It is possible, what is the treatment for this, please tell me, I am very worried, I have met many cardiologists, please, I have the problem of overthinking and anxiety too. 125/80 without medicine.

Well, skip beat it once in a while can be a physiological phenomenon related to the level of catecholamines in your body. To decide whether it needs further evaluation or not is a complex decision that should be taken after considering all possible contributing factors. A holter monitoring would help in this regard.
Next Steps
Holter monitoring.
