Ecotopic pregnancy
Dear Sir,
My wife went Ecotopic pregnancy operation and we had already taken scan report and it is not reflect in the report and Fulobian tube was bursted and she gone for unconscious level. Suddenly Dr taking Ecotopic operations and one tube was removed. My clarification is we took scan and it is not reflect is there any specific reason.

Yes it is common especially if the tube is bursted before the scan. USG doesnot show a gsac like structure outside uterus only some fluid might be visualised in POD. Which would eventually increase with bleeding and lead to unconsciousness.
Every test has their own limitation and sometimes we have to take bold decision based on clinical judgement.
