Echogenic focus ,mild fullness in kidney
Hi doctor, I am 20weeks pregnant. Had my anomaly scan recently, and there are 2 observations mentioned in the report for the fetus: 1. Small echogenic focus in left ventricle 2. Mild pcs fullness with APD of 3.2mm in left kidney. Please let me know, is there anything to be worried about these? Will they cure automatically in the baby? Thanks.

Was a dual test or a quadruple test done? The echogenic focus needs further evaluation in the form of fetal echo The pcs fullness needs to be evaluated in the form of ultrasound kub 6 weeks after birth
