Echogenic Endometrium post Myomectomy

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I undergone Myomectomy surgery 5 months ago for fibroid removal. Iam planning for pregnancy now. recently I did follecular scan on 10th of my period and report came as I have Echogenic Endometrium. what does it mean by Echogenic endometrium. Does it mean my uterus is not healed completely. Endometrium thickness is 8.2mm. Kindly help me understand this.Thank you.
