My echo taken 3 months back mentions:-
( taken due to breathlessness on exertion )
GOOD LV SYS .FUNCTION
MILD TR,. RVSP~39+RAP
MILD PAH
and the Cardiologist told everything is normal.
TMT also negative.
Now having breathlessness and slightly elevated BP( 140/100 ). Consulted a physician who suggested to repeat Echo
in view of the current symptoms.
Taking Bisoprolol 5mg.

You need physical examination to ascertain the cause of breathlessness. If the symptoms warrant Echo please do it.
