Echo or TMT ?
45 years old, taking medicine for BP for last 5 years. Recently having difficult even for short walks (>10min or 2 stairs), earlier used to walk upto 30 -40 min easily or 3-4 stairs. Did ECG 3 months back and was normal. No difficulty in normal situation. 165 cm, 85 kg. Blood sugar on boundary but no medication. So, which test is preferred / required echo or TMT
