ECG normal but still chest pain

Asked for Female, 38 Years

I am suffering from a chest pain along with pain in neck & left hand. Visited doctor yesterday & he advised muscle pain along with gastritis as ECG report was good. But still I am suffering from chest pain specially a suppressing pain after eating, in time of breathing... Please help me. I am having primolute n now as I have pcos.

Hi Gastritis too cause these kind of pain . Follow strict food pattern. Avoid spicy oily food, coffee, tea. Avoid Citrus fruits. Have bland diet for three days
