Have the history of hypertension since 12 years. Taking Telma LN. Feel breathless and fast heart beats in early morning since two days. Kindly review attached ECG. Will be seeing physician today. Thanks

Better to evaluate further. TMT is needed to see ECG changes. If positive, go for Coronary angiopraphy.
