Chewing fenugreek on daily basis for longer time is not advisable, it can cause ulcers if kept in mouth for longer durations. One of my patient was addicted of Chewing saunf. There's no addictive element present in saunf but Chewing it for longer may cause attrition in teeth.
Next Steps
Reduce the frequency of Chewing it
