I usually eat healthy home food throught the week less salt minimal oil and don't eat outside but sometimes i eat sweets once a month or bhujiyas ot chips once or twice a month. Will it cause sugar or heart problems or pressure eating processed food once twice a month. I work out regularly. I am fit
