Eating meat for breastfeeding mom
Hello  doctors My son is 1 month old He had joundis on birth which were minimal like 12.5 level We were worried if mother could eat meat Like chicken, biryani, mutton and Fish (mutton Haleem)? Will anything affect baby ? If mothers eat the above meats once a week and quantity levels ? Can you please suggest a better solution on how to eat the above meats like steam or cooking curry with less masala? Thanks for your help and answers Greetings Jany

The most popular ill-information that every parent has is that if a mother is eating something that will affect the child badly Actually it's wrong...(Not talking about alcohol or drugs or medications)... most of the daily edible products won't affect the milk quality so do not worry
