It seems like generalised question for asthma and Copd treatment..
it’s important to identify the cause / reason / trigger first..
Then need to grade the disease whether mild moderate or severe with the help of few investigations ..
Need to ask some leading questions like asthma control questionnaire/acq.. to know how frequently getting affected..
After all these we need to decide plan of treatment according to Gina and gold guidelines… whether to choose oral therapy or inhalation therapy and how much dosing or biological therapy or immunotherapy..

Get pulmonary function test done . We all are good to society only that society is harsh to us and we get no exceptional services from government with regards to healthcare or real estate!
