Early twin pregnancy
My wife got arcuate / bicornuate uterus with early twin pregnancy.
Is this dangerous or can we have any treatment for this.
Already before 8monts she had a miscarriage.
Attached the ultrasound report.
Please advice for good to happen.

There is no treatment that we can do now in pregnasncy,just take care of pregnancy for now

She l require progesterone support
Abstinence, avoid straining, avoid constipation
Take plenty of oral fluids
After 3 months... Get cervical length assessment to know the chances of preterm labour or 2nd trimester abortion
