Early twin pregnancy
My wife got arcuate / bicornuate uterus with early twin pregnancy. Is this dangerous or can we have any treatment for this. Already before 8monts she had a miscarriage. Attached the ultrasound report. Please advice for good to happen. Thanks.

There is no treatment that we can do now in pregnasncy,just take care of pregnancy for now

Let her take rest She l require progesterone support Abstinence, avoid straining, avoid constipation Take plenty of oral fluids After 3 months... Get cervical length assessment to know the chances of preterm labour or 2nd trimester abortion
