Early pregnancy test & Bhcg test
Hi,
My LMP is 31 December 2024 & my expected period was 29 January 2025. I took a UPT yesterday it has a faint line & after getting the bhcg test done the report says 35.9miu/ml. Doc didn't ask to repeat the bhcg after 48 hours & directly scheduled a scan after 6 days. Is my bhcg good? Will I have a healthy pregnancy.
I had a miscarriage on 25 Oct 2024 as the fetus did not have a heartbeat & 7 weeks with irregular sac.

Go for Beta HCG after 48hrs.In early pregnancy it should double every day. You need progesterone support also so.that pregnancy can continue with better outcome. Consult your Gynaecologist

I’m sorry to hear about your previous miscarriage.
Your recent beta hcg is too low for pregnancy.
I would suggest to wait for another week and just repeat upt for see if its strongly positive versus compared to your faint positive.
Meanwhile start on folic acid supplements

You have tested too early
Since your lmp was 31st you should have waitted till first of February to test
The Urine strip kit shows a very faint line
Bhcg more than 100 is confirmitory for pregnancy

Repeat BetaHCG test after 48 hrs to see the doubling value.
