You can't develop pregnancy symptoms even after missing a period. You can't even have implantation within 7 days of sexual intercourse. For further information please consult with a Gynaecologist.

They may be no symptoms Unlikely Pregnancy test can be done 24 hours after a skipped period if you have a regular 30 days cycle
