I am 7 weeks pregnant.My first scan shows left ovary shows corpus luteul cyst measuring 2.2*1.3 cm Is this normal I hope I don't have to go for any medication for it

Yes it is normal.By the time it will resolve spontaneously.But  after one month get done ultrasonography to know the size of cyst whether it is increasing or not.If size is normal then no problem.
