Early pregnancy possibility

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I had what I suspected to be implantation bleeding approx 8dpo(one little dot of blood in what seemed to be CM followed by pink "spotting" only noticible on tissue after using the rest room) 2-3 days before expected period I had bright red, not typical period which lasted 2-3 days shorter. Could I be pregnant?
