  4. Early Pregnancy. Case please suggest.

Early Pregnancy
Last period - August 6 Till now I didn't get periods. Did a beta HCG on 7th September, it was 250. Again on 11th it was 400. I got viral fever then. On 14th it was 383. On 16th I did an ultrasound, no gestational sac found. What might be the case please suggest.
