6 weeks pregnancy tvs report G sac 1.3 cm and yolk sac seen but no fetal pole seen. It is IVF, day 5 blastocyst transfer. Diabetic patient on insulin 4 unit morning and 6 unit dinner. Light pink spotting with white discharge for 2 day on 6 weeks 4-5 days then after stopped. Before spotting sugar was 120-140 pp After spotting its 90-80 What does it indicates ? Symptoms remains the same
